Que Sera Sera JoAn Case passed away peacefully on Monday, September 23, 2019 at the age of 89. She is survived by her three sons, Brian (Christine), Scott (Pamela), Douglas (Sonja) and their families. She had 4 sons, 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her former husband, Stewart and two nieces from her siblings and one grandniece. JoAn was born on June 17th, 1930, in Arizona. She was the youngest of three children and the family eventually moved to Long Beach, California where she attended Long Beach Poly High School and graduated from California State University of Long Beach. She would also later graduate from Western State Law School at the young age of 50. JoAn had many paths on her journey through life. She worked as a political opinion researcher, a teacher of High School and Law School, a Real Estate Agent, and most recently a lobbyist for the Orange County Transportation Authority. She also volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club of Stanton and the Blind Children's Learning Center of Tustin. JoAn touched many lives, and saved a few, over the years. She will always be remembered as the most kind, giving, humble and thoughtful of persons. It's not a stretch of the imagination to say that there would be many less fortunate today had it not been for her help and guidance throughout her lifetime. JoAn loved her family and would always follow, enjoy, and support each endeavor tirelessly. Once she had grandchildren, that was itshe would always say she wished she had her grandkids first. She was their biggest cheerleader at any of their events, always cheering in the stands or on the sidelines. One of a kind, JoAn will be greatly missed by many and heaven has received another Angel. We can hear her now, singing "Que Sera Sera, Whatever Will Be, Will Be". A celebration of her life will be held on November 10th, 2019 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm with an Open House at the Doug Case family residence. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations to be sent to the Boys and Girls Club of Stanton.
