Bob provided a powerful guitar presence on three of my record albums in the 1970s...Im pretty sure I gave him his first work as a session player probably for Bruce, his brother, as well.
Bob was a guitarists guitar player always thrilling me with the breadth of his imagination.. he always knew what to play and exactly how to play it. At one point we worked together on the great Lou Reeds album Coney Island Baby. To this day his work on the title track sends a shiver down my spine.
We became buddies and played softball together in Central Park in Manhattan. He attended my wedding in 1984.
Im shocked and disappointed that Bobby has left us so soon. I always hoped we would get another opportunity to work together again. So it goes...Rock on brother!!
My deepest condolences Bruce you know how much I respected Bobbys work and was grateful for the contributions of you both.

I met him a few times at a KISS expo in Indianapolis. I loved talking to him about his experience with the band and his other work. He was a very personable man and will always treasure my memories with him and the pictures I got taken with him. Rest in Peace Rock and Roll brother!

Some of the most memorable and amazing guitar work on Kiss songs "All American Man" and "Larger than life" including all of the work on Paul's solo album. Spent many hours learning those solos. A household name, in my household. I am so sad tonight to see this news.. My condolences to Bruce and the rest of the Kulick family...
